The purpose of this course is to focus on recognizing your self-worth, developing unconditional love for self and increasing self-compassion. Self-confidence, self-esteem, pride in self, all come from a strong sense of self-worth and love.
This course is about you. Encouraging you to be intentionally compassionate toward yourself. It will challenge how you think about yourself; your positive and negative self-talk; how you see yourself; who you truly are becoming; love for self and others; your motivations and fears.
By the end of the course students will be able to:
Identify personal growth in self-love through reflection exercises
Identify personal fears and barriers to successful self-love
Determine ways to increase self-compassion
Set goals and action for the future
Explain personal motivation factors
